I had this doubt for long time Scenario : Let say I have Single page Application and developer have implemented page_view as dataLayer event I can see that dataLayer API call in history change when I preview the site. Now we have Google tag and GA4 event in GTM which tag should I use for page_view and how about enhanced measurement toggle in GA4(if i keep that enable two history change happening in preview mode and tag fired twice)and should I set send_page_view to true/false. Can I use Google tag and trigger as custom event page_view? Or do I need GA4 event tag for page_view Thanks in advance:)
Thanks. I am having an issue. I did this and it fires in preview mode and shows in GA4 debugger , but not when live. The container is published and I have no extensions blocking it.
I have been facing issue with the debug view of ga4....all my properties are working fine but in one of my ga4 property the debug view is not working properly...it's only showing page view event and rest no other events....this issue m facing from past few days earlier it was fine...I have crease a new tag in gtm for from tracking but I am unable to check whether is it is fine or not cz the debug view is not showing anything in gtm it is fired...n not this event none of the other events like default events of ga4 not showing only page view is visible...this is creating a big issue for me as I am unable to publish my tags cz of not proper testing...I have tried many ways n also written to Google community...please anyone suggest something how to resolve this..thank you
